We went Remote before it became mainstream! Turbolab has a fully remote working system setup allowing you to get hired and join remotely. A great workplace is defined by its work culture and Turbolab has one of the finest work cultures in place to ensure that you are happy and productive. The friendly environment also makes sure that you feel comfortable and equal amongst all your peers.
As the name says it is a lab where we can experiment with a lot of stuff and learn from the failures. The gaming room always has an unlimited supply of competent teammates! ?
It is one of the best places to learn things, feels tension free, homely atmosphere, adequate remuneration, five days working, free to communicate with our supervisors, No one interferes in our personal matters, breaks, work, etc. In a nutshell, Turbolab is an excellent place to work, perhaps the best place I have ever worked.
Turbolab culture, to me, is basically about providing all the employees a great platform to learn while working, be it about their work or about themselves. It’s about providing the employees a workplace which never bores them, a workplace to which they never feel like not coming to.
For a fresher, probably the best company to work with. A great environment for learning new technologies and excellent co-workers who are ready to help at any time. A place in which I can express myself in my way instead of being conformed to following a company’s strict demeanor.
Great work environment. The flexibility of work and working hours are the perks of working here. Good support and concomitance between the employees is the energy of this company.
The atmosphere inside the office is just fantastic. We can work without any pressure and stress. Colleagues are very friendly and ready to help anytime. There isn’t any strict office time. We can choose to work from home and work at any time.
Being a part of the Turbolab family rewinds our college life. The care, support and values they provide us are deep-rooted in our hearts and help us to move forward in our journey. Everyone is willing to help each other irrespective of the hierarchy, and it’s very comfortable working @ Turbolab with these people.
The company is more focused on your skills rather than a degree. I love the kitchen for fun & snacks. Working hours are not forced- you can work at any time you like, you can wear whatever you like, stress free deadlines. It feels just like being at home.
The dedicated and supportive team instil confidence in me, to learn and try out new technologies, also to achieve new skills. In the future, when I look back, I’m sure Turbolab will always stand out for moulding a good developer in me.
The company has a flat structure which respects the opinion of every employee. It is the best place for freshers. I love the pantry for free food and the fun factor.
Turbolab is one of the best companies I have worked in. It has a tension-free, homely atmosphere with adequate remuneration where you are free to communicate with your supervisors whenever you want. Seniors are very supportive and this increases productivity to a great extent. The backbone of our company is a very supportive CEO and he motivates the employees to bring the best out of them.
Turbolab has a very promising team and one of the main reasons for that is the amazing work culture. The management is very approachable and is always willing to listen. Everyone feels very comfortable and not stressed-out but still has a sense of responsibility to not take advantage of the freedom we’re given which creates a perfect balance.

Its just been three weeks since I joined Turbolab Technologies and it has been a great experience for me. Turblolab’s work culture is all about teamwork, ability to learn, ongoing personal and professional development. The people here are fantastic and welcoming, it feels more like home. Everyone genuinely cares about each other and takes tremendous pride in their work. Everyone has fun every day while working incredibly hard(gaming room <3). I love working here and have a hard time imagining myself somewhere else….!!!!

From my two weeks experience, I’m delighted to share my words about Turbolab family. I joined here with a lot of tension. But now I am OK. The main reason is that the infrastructure and cool atmosphere that I get here. Colleagues are very friendly, and their helping mentality is admirable. The training process is excellent and informative for a fresher in this field. There are not many restrictions here. I don’t have much stress since you can work from home. Working time very comfortable.
A friendly working ambience unlike other firms which follow strict army rules.. Liberty to work on our convenient time provided the deadlines are strict as it has to be. A work place should be a place where we are really comfortable, Turbolab is an example of it… You will never have to work hungry in our office 🙂
Turbolab is a great place to work and learn. You can have flexible work time and a stress-free atmosphere. To become more productive I believe we should have a friendly environment and Turbolab has it.
